AUSTRALIA POST is our primary service for delivery of orders.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

Receipted Delivery/Registered Post:

Delivery time is around 3-5 business days and is a Receipted Delivery, meaning a signature is required on delivery.

Please Note: Deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take a little longer.

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 AUD per order for Receipted Delivery

In situations where you are not available at time of delivery, the Australia Post Courier will leave a card informing you of the attempted delivery. You will need this card to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

Express Delivery:

Delivery time using the Express Delivery service takes around 1-3 business days.

We Charge a flat rate of $12.95 AUD per order for Express Delivery

Please Note: Deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take a little longer.

This service does not require a signature upon delivery. The parcel will may be left in your letterbox or at your doorstep. For this reason when using this service, we CANNOT GUARANTEE delivery of your parcel, however if there is any issue with your delivery, we will assist you by communicating with the Postal Service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Delivery time is around 7-14 business days and is a Receipted Delivery, meaning a signature is required on delivery.

We charge a Flat rate of $14.95 AUD per order for Receipted Delivery.

In situations where you are not available at time of delivery, the Australia Post Courier will leave a card informing you of the attempted delivery. You will need this card to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

Please Note: Due to Different Customs and Duty requirement for each Country International customers must understand and agree to the following:

- Any Customs charges, Duties, or Tariffs applicable to the destination country will be the responsibility of the Customer.

- If Customs impounds the goods sent from us for any reason, all charges &/or cost of goods will not be refunded.

- If goods are returned to us by Customs or the International Courier, you (the customer) will be liable for any additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.

Please Note: As Orders will only be dispatched once we receive your payment, the quickest delivery will be by placing your order using the 'Credit Card' payment option.
